This lady truly cares about how she treats her patients and how Compunet as a whole is viewed. She also commented on how she knows some people are apprehensive when getting blood drawn & how she tries to set a relaxed atmosphere & even talk calmly & relaxed when dealing with them etc. She said she didn’t have to but was concerned that the restrooms stayed cleaned for each patient going in there as she felt if they were dirty people would be concerned that’s how Compunet was running as a business. I was shocked & commented to her that she had to do that. She even went in & cleaned the restroom herself before I went in.
The lady that did my urine sample was amazing and went over & above! She was so friendly & concerned w/patients outlook in the cleanliness of the facility & their comfortableness of procedures. After 4 more times of asking for help I told them I was going to undo it my self and go ! Well after that they were there in less than 5 min.she was The nicest person that helped me is the lady that was doing the nuclear cat- scan I’m me ! The only thing they sent me hope with was 20 Tessa pearls and Medicine for nausea + More I also had to ask if they could unhook all my Leeds on me so I could go to the restroom it was 8:30 and I had been there since 1:30. At that point they reset the messages and left. At one time my oxygen level was at 70 and was sounding off for like 5 minutes before the came in my blood pressures was70/54 they asked me how did I feel and I told them dizzy and just not feeling right. On the other hand once getting to the hospital and staying for 7 hours they said my kidneys were not working right and just because I have COVID and kidney problems that is not A medical necessity For me to be admitted to the hospital. They evenough wanted to Cala ambulance for me because they said I was so sick Everyone was very respectful and cared about how I was.
